About The Event
Join me for a weekend at Patterson Kaye Resort located on Lake Muskoka in Bracebridge, ON.
Patterson Kaye Resort provides beautiful 4 star cottages with sitting rooms, bathrooms, fireplaces, wood burning stoves, and ensuites with jacuzzi tubs and the main building's yoga space has plank flooring, is 2-storeys high with lots of windows and a view of the lake, and a huge stone fireplace. Plus, their grounds are gorgeous and serene, boasting 500 feet of waterfront, 6 km of hiking trails, and an outdoor hot tub for your enjoyment!
Come experience Muskoka during it's most peaceful time before the summer rush of cottagers. This retreat will serve to inspire and ground you in the present moment and is YOUR retreat, participate in as much or as little as you like (meaning sleeping in is totally an option!)
Through yoga, meditation, writing, getting outside or just chilling out you will give your mind/body/spirit a chance to relax and restore and connect you to the good vibes with in you.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
- 2 nights accommodation
- 2 morning meditation sessions (silent walk/ hike weather pending)

- Alcoholic beverages but are at the resort for purchase.
- Reiki treatments ($40/45min session, limited number of spots, first come, first serve basis)

E) Private (1 person) in a Multi-Bedroom Cottage, with a Shared Bathroom ($530 + HST)

G) Private (1 person) in a Private Cottage with a Jacuzzi Tub ($610 + HST)
** Most private bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs - we will do our best to place you with them, on a first come, first served basis.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
Retreats are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis, with full payment required. 50% is refundable up to 1 month prior to the retreat, but within the last month the total sum of the retreat is non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you are allowed to sell your space to a friend or someone else at your end. The retreats are in high demand, so once we are full (typically by a month prior), we turn away other retreater requests and are at a loss for any cancellations.

***no pressure here, arrive when you can, enjoy the ride up to your weekend of good vibes and when you arrive get settled in your room explore and join in the retreat when you feel fits best for you :)

Saturday March 30

10am - 11:15am yoga jam (with music)
12pm Lunch
2pm - Creative flow writing workshop/ free time
430pm - 5:45pm slow flow yoga with music
630pm - Dinner
8pm - Night cap and fun or head to your cabin to cozy in for the night
